How to Practice Manifestation to make your DREAMS come true!

Have you ever wondered why some people always get what they want? Have you thought it was luck? What if I could tell you that you can also be that lucky? In this blog post, I’m going to tell you how to practice manifestation to make your dreams come true!

If there is a little voice in you head right now saying, “This is bulls***t!”, TURN IT OFF!

Keep an open mind and TRY practising manifestation before you completely rule it out as crazy.

For me, I practice meditation and manifestation together. They go hand in hand for me!

FYI another word you may have heard in place of manifestation is visualization, but there’s a small difference between the two-

Manifestation is when you use visualization to manifest your thoughts/dreams into the real world, in other words, you make your dreams come true!

Trust me you’re going to feel like you’re in your own personal DISNEYLAND!

There are 3 things I want you to remember before you learn 5 ways you can practice manifestation:

  1. Believe in yourself COMPLETELY – Shut down any thoughts of doubt
  2. Let go of HOW and focus on WHY – Don’t focus on how your dreams will come true, focus on why they should
  3. Be patient – You will see some results instantly, some will come with time

Moving on to how you can practice manifestation.

5 Ways to Practice Manifestation:

1)  Write down an Exhaustive List + Visualize

This is what I do on New Year’s Eve! But you can start your list TODAY!

What you need to do is take a little notebook and some sheets of paper. Put on a timer for 20-30 mins and write down EVERYTHING you want in your life, no matter how big or small. 

WRITE DOWN ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF! The sky is NOT the limit here.

Now once you have a list (mine usually ends up in the 100’s) re-write it on those sheets of paper. So you have 2 copies, one in your notebook and one on separate sheets of paper.

Put the notebook away and with your sheets of paper do a visualization meditation. This can take some time but stick with it or BATCH visualize where you visualize 10 things at a time.

Don’t forget to give your overall list a deadline, or classify your manifestations into short term and long term and add deadlines to each section.

Once you’re done with the visualization, burn the pieces of paper. Remember, you still have your list in the notebook.

Then you sit back and wait for everything on your list to come true, and as it does you can cross it out in your notebook and add to your manifestation list. 

Remember you can add to this list as many times as you want, you don’t have to burn a separate piece of paper each time just when you do the first exhaustive list.

2) Write a Smaller List with WHY’s + Visualize

This is a little different than #1. Here you write down a smaller list – so not in the 100’s more like between 20-30 items.

With EACH item write down WHY you want to manifest that into your life.

This technique is very very effective because you’re putting the energy of WHY you want something in your life instead of why you NEED it.

When the energy is of WHY – it’s an energy of abundance.

When is energy is of NEED – it’s an energy of lack, which means it’s less likely to come true.

You don’t need to re-write the list in this one, but you do have to do a visualization meditation with each item. 

Once you’re done visualizing, once again, you wait for the universe to answer your manifestations.

REMEMBER to TRUST that this will work. If you believe it won’t there is no reason for it to actually work for you. So, have some blind faith, I know it’s hard but it will be worth it.

3) Focused Visualization – Imagine your ideal life

This is a fun one, and something you can do every day because it’s also very EASY!

All you have to do is close your eyes and visualize your IDEAL life. You want to visualize it as if you’re living your ideal life. – PRESENT TENSE. 

Don’t visualize I will have this in the future BUT instead visualize I have this NOW! This is powerful because you’re manifesting for your ideal life NOW instead of at some point in the future.

Where you would be living, who you’re with, what you’re doing, how you are feeling, what you have etc.

Follow this up with a THANK YOU! 

Thank the universe or whatever higher power you believe in, put out the energy that you’re grateful to be living your ideal life.

Practice this as often as you can and you will see results.

I personally prefer lists, because I have something to cross out, but imaging your ideal life is easy and less time consuming so I do this to add an extra kick to my manifestations.

4) Write down a List with GRATITUDE + Visualization

Similar to 1 & 2, here you write down a list but instead of writing WHY you want something in your life, you write down WHY you’d be grateful to have it.

So your focus is still on WHY but niched to WHY YOU’RE GRATEFUL.

I’ve mentioned before the power of gratefulness, it makes everything shift faster for you.

When you practice gratefulness the UNIVERSE give you more to be grateful for! 

So it’s like, you say you’re grateful for LEMONS and the universe will make you LEMONADE and serve it to you!

How awesome is that! The best part is, it’s EASY. When you’re writing this list it won’t take you long to come up with why you’d be grateful to have something in your life.

Just write what you can think of and then once again VISUALIZE each item. 

You may be able to see faster results with this form of manifestation, I did! So give it a chance

5) Prepare your surroundings for your dreams to arrive

This one is unlike all the other ones above. Here instead of using visualization as a tool to boost your manifestations you LITERALLY move things to make space for your manifestations. 

This can be hard to do, but it can also work!

So for example, you’re manifesting for your soul mate but you’re in a committed relationship with someone right now. How exactly will a soulmate be able to come into your life? So you need to break up with the person you’re with now to create space in your life for your soulmate. Once you do this the universe starts working for you!

Sorry I know that was a very dark example? OK better example below

You want a new desk, but you have a desk sitting in your room already! What you would do is sell that desk to get a new desk into your life.

Make sense?

So you move things up in your life RIGHT NOW to make space for your dreams. 

In other words, you literally prepare for your dreams to come true.

I know this method is a little quirky but try it with small items and see what happens. Have fun with it! You’ll see that the universe is watching.

I hope this encourages you to bring the practice of manifestation into your life! You can manifest ANYTHING into existence and I really mean ANYTHING!
