Working out can be a task that truly tests your motivation. I want to make workouts a little easier for you, so, here’s your 7 MIN AT HOME workout that will make you feel AMAZING.
The truth is you can have very effective short workouts. The key is to get your heart rate up and getting each part of your body engaged.
This workout is EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE, for a challenge try doing this workout every day for a week!
This workout is created by Shilpy Tandon, my certified personal trainer. It a full body 7 min workout.
It’s important that you do the warm-up, the finisher and post-workout stretch to get an effective workout.
WHAT YOU NEED
- A Mat
- A bottle of water
- Yourself
Warm-Up
30 Bridge ups
20 Bird Dogs (Each Leg)
WORKOUT – EVERY MIN ON THE MIN (EMOM)
Min 1
Jumping Jacks/Skipping/Up Downs
Min 2
Push-Ups
Min 3
Jump Squats
Min 4
Mountain Climbers
Min 5
Walking Lunges
Min 6
Shoulder Taps in a High Plank
Min 7
Burpees
Finisher
Plank hold for max time (Try getting at least a 2 min plank)
If you’re feeling extra motivated go ahead and repeat the 7 mins one more time to make it a 14 min workout.
