Meditation is a tool that a lot of us probably use in our daily lives to manage our thoughts and emotions. BUT how do you know if your meditation is working? AND I mean really working?
I’ve heard a lot of people around me say “Oh, I can’t meditate, it doesn’t work for me!” or “I don’t know if I’m doing it right”
If you’re one of these people then these are 5 tips that will help you learn to TRUST that your meditations are working for you!
If you don’t trust or believe that your meditation is working – simply put – it will not work for you.
1. Stop focusing on the HOW
When you meditate you need to STOP focusing on HOW your meditation is working. Trust me the HOW is beyond all of our understanding.
The trick is to BELIEVE that your meditation is working – Don’t question it JUST BELIEVE.
Your subconscious brain cannot tell the difference between real and imagined. So, while meditating when you believe it’s working then your brain believes it’s working.
Especially when you’re manifesting during your meditation – if you believe that you already have what you’re manifesting for the brain believes it’s real.
So focusing on the HOW is not going to help you, it’s beyond your control. When you meditate let the thoughts about “HOW” slip through and just BELIEVE.

2. Focus on your WHY
It’s important to focus on your WHY.
When you focus on WHY you’re meditating you’re giving the universe your reasons, this helps the UNIVERSE WORK FASTER for you.
While meditating instead of just thinking “I want to be happier” think “I want to be happier because being happy helps me be more productive.”
So, while you meditate or manifest for something add your reasoning behind it. This will make your meditations more powerful.
Focusing on your WHY will also help you trust the meditation process more. You meditations will be more focused and thus you’ll be able to get better results.
3. Stay Positive
This is very important. If you’re being negative while you’re meditating there’s no way for you to get results.
Remember your thoughts hold a lot of power – so if you’re having negative thoughts it’s impossible for you to have positive results.
You need to stay positive during your meditation practice.
Being positive will automatically build more trust because when you’re positive your meditations work faster. The positive energy fuels your meditation and you get results.
BUT remember to consciously focus on the positive even outside of your meditation practice.

4. Be grateful
Practice gratefulness EVERY DAY. I’ve said this so many times before, but practising gratefulness is extremely powerful!
When you’re grateful you’re signalling to the universe that you’re appreciative and that you’re thankful for what the universe is bringing into your life.
This fuels the universe to want to GIVE YOU MORE.
When you’re grateful the universe gives you more to be grateful for!
Instead of focusing on the “lack of” something focus on why you’re grateful.
DO NOT focus on “lack”, this signals to the universe that the narrative of your life is focused on the “lack of” things!
Being grateful will allow you to trust your meditations more.
Gratefulness is a positive emotion, thus when you practice gratefulness you will see positive results => that you will trust that your meditations are working.
5. Believe in yourself unconditionally
I know this sounds cheesy. BUT when you believe in yourself unconditionally, you radiate a powerful vibration of confidence.
This confidence signals to the universe that you are DESERVING.
This means the universe will work endlessly to give you everything you deserve.
It’s important to believe in your self UNCONDITIONALLY.
Your trust in yourself and your abilities should not be dependant on external factors.
A lot of us believe that when things are not going our way, or if we are unable to achieve a certain goal, it was because we are not worthy.
BUT that’s not true.
In those moments it’s more important than ever to believe that you are worthy and that there is something better coming your way.
This is hard to do. I’m not saying it’s going to be easy.
Catch yourself when you doubt your abilities, and shift your narrative!
Practice these 5 tips in your daily life and while you meditate.
YOU WILL SEE RESULTS => YOU WILL TRUST YOUR MEDITATIONS MORE
These are very small changes that will result in BIG SHIFTS.
I hope that you’re able to put this into practice and make your meditations more powerful than ever before!
